Esperanza Buitrago-Díaz is a Colombian mathematician with a master's degree in Logic from Universitat de Barcelona. She was the first invited Arf Student Fellow in 2011. Currently, she's interested in Logic, Cyber-security, Data-Architecture and Data Science. She is employed as a Data Engineer by Agranimo, a company digitalizing agriculture in Germany, Spain, Russia, and Chile.
