The Advanced Reasoning Forum was founded in 1999 to promote research and publication in the theory and pedagogy of logic and epistemology—both terms taken in their broadest senses, as the art of reasoning well and knowledge derived from reasoning—that will be of interest to scholars, teachers, and students. This includes work in any discipline in which prescriptive or descriptive aspects of the art of reasoning are studied.
